The
ITB has windows on all four sides to allow excellent
natural interior lighting, while offering a magnificent
view of the surrounding area. The area of each floor
is squared off and ranges from 127 to 2,446 square meters
in size. The interiors can be designed according to
the requirements of tenants. In addition, rental rates
are reasonable and collection complies with standard
government regulations.
After signing an intent to rent statement, the
name of the prospective tenant is entered into the
records of the management. Once a business office
is available for rental, the company then sends a
copy of the contract and related documents to the
prospective renter to determine the date of effectiveness.
At the time of signing the intent to rent statement,
an intent deposit will be collected. When the formal
rental contract is signed, the signer will remit the
rent for the first period of rental, a rental deposit,
revolving funds and a deposit for decoration.
While undertaking interior decoration, the renter
is requested to comply with the restrictions mutually
agreed upon in the contract; also, to heed the agreed
upon date of rent submission and to comply with rules
of good behavior and property preservation befitting
the responsibility of a conscientious business organization.
